If product arrives defective you can return it within 14 days of delivery for refund. Product cannot be used.

If dress does not fit, you can exchange it for different size within 14 days. Dress cannot be worn. 

If not satisfied with a product you can return it within 14 days for credit only. Product must be in original form, not used or worn with original labels and packaging.
